- Vanessa Moon
- Licensed Acupuncturist
Vanessa Moon is the owner of Silvermoon Community Acupuncture. She completed a four year program to earn her Master's degree in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Albuquerque, NM. Vanessa is also certified in Asian Body Work, which rounds out her understanding of the body and provides extra depth to her acupuncture treatments.
During her last year of schooling, Vanessa was blessed with a month long internship at the Heilongjiang University hospital in Harbin, China. The hospital specializes in treating paralysis, especially post-stroke, and integrates acupuncture with modern diagnostics and physical therapy to provide more complete, effective, and rapid recovery.
Vanessa started her professional training at the University of Utah where she earned B.S. in Sociology with a minor in Anthropology. She began her healing career as a Social Service Worker and Behavioral Specialist focusing on helping troubled teens in the Salt Lake Valley. After seven years transforming the teen's lives she decided to do something even greater and started her acupuncture training. Her dedication and experience show every time she treats her patients. Vanessa's knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbs, and essential oils allow her to provide a more complete, holistic treatment that yields better and faster results.
Vanessa resides in South Jordan, Utah, with her husband Aaron and two kitties, Chloe and Ember. When she isn't seeing patients, she enjoys table-top and online gaming, spending time with friends, and working on craft projects.

- Bobbie Baird
- Licensed Massage Therapist
In 2000, Bobbie was 115 pounds heavier and suffered from fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, asthma and was addicted to suffering (and the pain pills that numbed that suffering.) She was dying of despair. Through her own journey of being present, receiving massage, being trained in emotional education, unwinding her own core beliefs and learning to use her voice, she now lives a happy, light and powerful life.
As a licensed massage therapist since 2003, Bobbie is an intuitive, a natural healer and an active listener. Currently, she practices over 20 modalities of energy, emotional, coaching and massage techniques and has created an unique and effective way of facilitating you "feeling great." Every session is different because she taps into the unique combination to fully serve your unique needs. Bobbie has been trained or certified in emotional release therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, oriental bodywork, Touch For Health, aromatherapy, and life coaching. Bobbie is the author of an up and coming modality called "In Body Bliss," a hands on mindful meditation and energy movement session.
When you work with Bobbie, you come into a space with what you want and what is not working or what hurts or is stuck. When you leave, you are clear about what has been in your way and are present to the vision and excitement that moves you forward in your goals.
