Word is getting around.

I began feeling numbness in part of one of my legs making walking a bit of a hassle. At first I thought my leg had fallen asleep and tried several things to get the feeling to resume in my leg. After several hours of this numbness, I became concerned when I couldn't get the feeling to go away. I decided I needed Vanessa's help. I was pleasantly surprised at how painless and easy the treatment was. After a few skillfully placed needles were put in my arm and only a few minutes, I began to regain the feeling in my leg. Needles came out, and shortly after I regained full feeling in my leg. Vanessa has an amazing gift she shares with her clients. She is truly is a healer. She is so nurturing and professional. I plan on seeing her many times to come. I'm a true believer.

I was involved in an auto accident in 1999 that left me paralyzed from the neck down. After years of physical therapy, work and luck, I am able to walk with the use of crutches. I am an avid archery hunter, I enjoy playing golf, and all sorts of activities with friends and family. Because of weakness on the right side of my body, and being a truck driver for 20+ years, my lower back was simply killing me with pain. I've had several injections and surgeries to try to fix my back, with no luck. It made it almost impossible for me to do any of the things I wanted to do. My daughter Carli introduced me to Vanessa to see if she could help with the pain. Vanessa and I made a plan of attack to get me doing the things I enjoy again. After a few treatments I could feel a big difference in my pain level. To this day, I'm not out of pain completely, but I feel better, and I'm doing what I want again. I have always been terrified of public speaking (aren't we all) but had made the decision to do it. As I prepared for my first event I was waking in the night in hot sweats and in an almost constant state of stress despite using breathing and voice techniques. Two days before the event Vanessa worked her magic on me (my first ever acupuncture session). After that one session I slept like a log for the two nights prior to speaking so I was well rested and I was calm and collected on the morning despite the fact I left my notes at home! I also used the essential oil that Vanessa gave me. I spoke calmly and confidently and some of the audience said it didn't look as if it was my first time. In October of 2011, I started seeing Vanessa at Silvermoon Acupuncture to manage my Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and Fibromyalgia pain naturally.
